Rebuilding after a fire requires more than quality construction. It requires thoughtful planning, clear communication and a team that stays on top of every detail. Working alongside the homeowners, designers and insurance provider, Lorenz Developments managed every stage of this approximately ten-month reconstruction from planning through final completion.

While the insurance scope restored the home, additional homeowner upgrades were incorporated into the project, creating a thoughtfully rebuilt space that balanced quality construction with careful attention to detail.
