Working alongside project designer Karen Ripper, Lorenz Developments transformed an empty commercial space into a warm, welcoming office designed to create a strong first impression for both clients and staff. From planning through construction and final completion, our team coordinated every stage of the tenant improvement, delivering a professional workspace with custom finishes and thoughtful attention to detail.
