Originally a long-time family home, this full-home renovation was designed to help the homeowners remain in the neighbourhood they loved while creating a brighter, more functional space for everyday living. Working alongside Jamie Martin Designs, Lorenz Developments coordinated construction, trade scheduling and project management from planning through final completion. The renovation reimagined the kitchen, dining and living areas, along with the bathrooms, basement and exterior, creating an open-concept layout with improved storage, increased natural light and high-efficiency building products. The result is a timeless home that reflects the family's changing needs while preserving the character of the property.
