Independent Grocer Building Facade

Commercial Exterior Renovation

While remaining fully operational throughout construction, this long-standing Squamish grocery store underwent a complete exterior façade renovation designed to modernize the building and create a more welcoming experience for customers. Working alongside architectural designer Darrell Epp, Lorenz Developments coordinated construction, trade scheduling and project management while ensuring the business could serve customers safely during the renovation. The project included a complete façade upgrade, new exterior finishes and improved signage that enhanced visibility for tenants while creating a clean, contemporary appearance.
