Lorenz Developments transformed and combined two commercial spaces into Lorette Restaurant, delivering a complete tenant improvement over approximately ten months. Working alongside AKA Architecture + Design, our team coordinated construction, trade scheduling and project management to bring the vision to life. The finished space reflects the thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail required to create a welcoming dining experience.
