Following a catastrophic fire that destroyed two units in a multi-family building, Lorenz Developments was selected to lead the complete reconstruction of this Squamish home. Working closely with the homeowner throughout the rebuilding process, our team managed budgeting, trade coordination and construction from planning through final completion. Designed collaboratively by homeowner Rory Holland and Lorenz Developments founder Jason Lorenz, the rebuilt home blends modern design with natural materials, featuring custom maple plywood detailing and warm, timeless finishes throughout. The project transformed a fire-damaged residence into an award-worthy home that was later featured in Dwell magazine.
