Commercial Tenant Improvement

Our team transformed an empty commercial lease space into a fully operational veterinary clinic, managing every stage of the tenant improvement from planning through completion. Working alongside the project designer, consultants and specialized trades, we coordinated construction, scheduling and quality control to deliver a space designed specifically for veterinary care. Completed as an approximately $500,000 tenant improvement, the project demonstrates our experience delivering specialized commercial spaces that are functional, efficient and built to support the businesses operating within them.
