Lorenz Developments transformed an empty commercial lease space into Six Cats Distillery, delivering a complete tenant improvement that brought the owner's vision for a craft distillery to life. Working alongside Steven Hart Architect, the project consultants and specialized trades, our team coordinated construction, scheduling and quality control from planning through completion. Completed as an approximately $275,000 tenant improvement, the project required careful coordination to accommodate the specialized equipment and operational requirements of a working distillery while creating a welcoming space for visitors.
