Housed within a heritage building in downtown Squamish, The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar underwent a complete renovation to create a welcoming restaurant that blends historic character with modern functionality. Working alongside architectural designer Josianne Berube, Lorenz Developments coordinated construction, trade scheduling and project management from planning through final completion.
The renovation included the installation of a new commercial kitchen, reconfiguration of the dining room and bar area, and thoughtful restoration of original heritage elements. The finished space balances functionality, craftsmanship and character while reflecting the owners' vision for the restaurant.
